This marks the end of my "Fifteen Days in the Yukon" vacation. Thanks to all Clintonites who were part of the 30 plus one reunion, and a special thanks to the organizing committee. Special thanks to Earl and Sandy, the current residents of Clinton Creek - I had a great time meeting and visiting them. I had two breakfasts and two suppers with them, one that included moose steak - they were great hosts!!

In the next couple of weeks, I will be re-organizing clintoncreek.com e.g. this 15 day vacation will be re-ordered 1 to 15 instead of 15 to 1 and instead of the vacation being the main page, there will be a link to it instead. Pictures from when Clinton Creek was a town will be more prominent. If you have any pictures, please send them to me and I will include them here for everyone to see. Blair Corley's pictures are great and I hope to add more like those when I receive them.

Note: I had to backtrack to get the pictures of "Terraced Birch Trees"...these trees are about 10 km north of Stewart. I remembered those Birch trees from my youth and decided it was worth it to go back.

Important Reunion Information

Hi there – greetings from the Clinton Creek Reunion planning group! We are trying to get a fairly good handle on the number of people are planning to attend this reunion.

We have confirmations from about 100 and “maybes” from about 50 more --- it will make our planning much easier if we have a fairly good idea by at least July 10, 2009 of the number of people to expect.

If you are planning to come ----- we don’t need any money or anything in advance -- you can pay us when you register --- we just want to know how many to plan for!!

The June 2009 copy of the Rock Fluff is attached with some additional information about the reunion, events, travel, etc.
